How do I know which service my watch needs?

Bring your watch in or send us a brief description and we'll advise you honestly. A quartz daily wearer with a dead battery is usually a Dial-Ready Refresh. An automatic that's running slow or hasn't been serviced in several years is typically a Movement Service candidate. Vintage or sentimental pieces with visible wear are assessed individually for a Keepsake Restoration plan.

How long does a typical service take?

A Dial-Ready Refresh is generally completed within a few working days. A Movement Service usually takes one to two weeks depending on parts availability. Keepsake Restorations are planned work — timelines are discussed upfront and we provide progress updates throughout, so you're never left wondering.

Do you work on all watch brands?

We work on a broad range of mechanical and quartz watches, including Swiss, Japanese, and locally acquired pieces. For highly specialised or very recent models, we'll be upfront if the work falls outside our scope — and where possible, point you in the right direction.

What does the pricing cover?

The listed prices reflect the service package as described. If additional parts are needed — such as a replacement crystal or a specific crown — these are discussed and quoted separately before any extra work proceeds. There are no surprises on collection.

Will my watch be safe while it's with you?

Your watch stays in our workshop on Lebuh Farquhar throughout the service. We don't courier it elsewhere. Each piece is logged in when received, handled at a dedicated bench, and returned to secure storage when not being worked on.

Can I drop in without an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome for assessments and drop-offs on most mornings. For longer discussions — particularly regarding restoration plans — calling ahead or booking a slot gives us the time to sit with you properly and review the watch without rushing.
